The breakfast had a large variety of options and the staff provided excellent service, conversing well in English. the pools were varied in size and depth, perfect for families, and the beach access was lovely.
During meal times, large groups with kids caused noise and disturbance. the staff were quick to apologize and provided excellent service, showing the quality of the staff.

The hotel’s staff are a standout. They are fluent in English and consistently go the extra mile to help guests. the hotel boasts a range of amenities, including multiple pools, jacuzzi and sauna. Guests can enjoy a range of breakfast options, with a wide variety of food available to suit all tastes.
The noise levels can be quite high due to large groups with kids running around during mealtimes, which can detract from the peaceful atmosphere.

Had the best Christmas vacation! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel had a great atmosphere and design, making it perfect for a festive vacation. The staff were the best part, always going above and beyond to assist. The location near the beach offered amazing views and easy access to the water. The fact that there were four different pools made it easy to find a spot for the whole family to enjoy. Plus, the hot jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The noise from large groups with kids during meals. However, the staff handled it so well and even apologized for the disturbance.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, everything was exceptional. The staff was always helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The hotel facilities were very nice and clean, and there were plenty of amenities to enjoy. I especially loved the breakfast, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

The service at this hotel is exceptional, the staff is fluent in English and always enthusiastic to help. the luxurious amenities, including the outdoor swimming pools, infinity pool, garden area, and beach access. the room I stayed in was of superior quality, well-equipped, and with exclusive features.
The restaurant lacks sufficient Vietnamese food options, which are only available as a la carte. the steam room was either out of service or not hot enough during my visit, which was an inconvenience.
